How to Program Telus Remote to Sharp TV
The Telus remote models are of different types. So, the programming steps may vary concerning each model. As a prerequisite, turn on your Sharp TV and insert fresh batteries into the Telus remote.
Telus Digital Box Remote with Sharp TV
Connect the Sharp TV & the Telus Digital box and turn on both devices.

1. Open the Telus box Settings and choose Devices Settings.
2. Click Remote & Accessories and tap on Program Remote with TV.
3. Complete the pairing procedures by following the on-screen instructions.
Manual Code Entry
1. Tap and hold the OK button on the Telus Digital Box Remote until the green light flashes twice.
2. Type in the remote code using the number pad on your remote. The green light will blink twice and then go off.

Follow these steps to program the Telus Slimline remote to your Sharp TV:

1. Long-click the Mode button and release it when the red light on the remote blinks.
2. Hold the Options key until the red light blinks twice.
3. Type the remote code using the number pad. The TV key will flash twice if the code is correct.

Tip: If the above doesn’t work, hold the Mode button and release it when the remote’s TV button blinks twice. Type the code 29, and the remote will try to find the matching code for your Sharp TV. When the TV light flashes, press the OK button.
Telus Classic Remote
If you have the Telus Classic Remote, follow these easy steps to pair it with your Sharp TV:

1. Hold down both the TV and OK buttons simultaneously for a few seconds.
2. Release both the buttons, and the remote’s red light will flash twice to indicate it’s in programming mode.
3. Use the number pad on your Telus Classic Remote and enter the appropriate TV remote code.
