If you own an older Sharp TV model that lacks the YouTube TV app, you can cast or AirPlay the YouTube TV content from your smartphone. This method can also be applied to your Sharp TV that is running out of storage space to install an additional app.
For this method, you need to connect your Sharp TV to a WiFi network where your smartphone is connected. Then, turn on the AirPlay on Sharp TV if you’re using an iPhone. Now, launch the YouTube TV app on your Android Smartphone or iPhone and play the content of your choice.
